Regular $75.00 per visit and you pay at the time of each visit only $60.00.

HealthAllies Complementary Patients have direct access to practitioners and will self-refer to the office of their choice.
Network professionals are identified through www.healthallies.com, where names, specialties, office locations, and phone numbers are available for review.
Accepting
Oxford Liberty Insurance and Oxford Freedom Insurance. and find out if you have benefits that cover Massage Therapy or the Alternative Benefit Contract Program.
If your plan covers Massage Therapy you will need to fill out a
OXFORD Form and only responsible for paying your copay at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements are made in advance.
If you are under the Alternative Benefit Contract Program, the below cost applies to you and to be paid in full at the time of your appointment.

$25 for 30 minutes
$40 for 60 minutes
$70 for 90 minutes
Empire Plan enrollees are discounted by 20% for. Does not apply to supplies or products dispensed through the office.
Please call your health plan and inquire if your benefits cover massage therapy
(i.e., you may have one of the above plans and your place of employment may not have accepted this as additional coverage. Fortunately, more and more companies are becoming aware of the importance in offering this benefit.)
A doctor’s prescription is required in certain insurances indicating the number of treatments including frequency of visits with an expiration date. Insurance coverage varies; please consult your insurance for specific authorization. Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
